Warranty Policy
At STAB FINE JEWELLERY, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do, which is why we offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure peace of mind.
What Our Warranty Covers:
- Craftsmanship Warranty: All pieces are covered for 2 years against defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage.
- Color Retention Guarantee: We offer a 6-month color retention warranty. If your piece fades or discolors within 180 days under normal use, we will replace it free of charge.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- General wear and tear, including scratches or tarnishing from regular use.
- Extreme conditions, such as prolonged exposure to highly corrosive environments (e.g., strong chemicals or saltwater immersion)
- Purchases made from online auction sites or unauthorized resellers.
Warranty Period:
- 2 years from the purchase date for craftsmanship defects.
- 6 months from the purchase date for free replacement in case of discoloration under normal use.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
- Email us at info@stabfinejewellery.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos of the affected piece to help us assess the issue quickly.
- Once your claim is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps, whether it’s a repair, replacement, or a suitable solution.
Additional Notes:
- If a replacement is issued, it may be for the same item or a similar one of equal value if the original design is unavailable.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to sending the item to us for evaluation.
